Just run for the hills. Most unprofessional group of people. Took over 7 full weeks to get my stuff. Shelves missing, entire pieces missing. He just shrugged his shoulders. Extremely rude and sexist to an older single woman. I wasn't even given a bill of lading. Nothing. They only take cash, as so many run to bank to cancel their CC charge. Now I know WHY! CASH ONLY? What mover ever says that!. Red flags and I blame myself for not doing my own due diligence in research. They caught me on a book immediately for this awesome price! Of course price escalates, service tanks. I'm too exhausted to go to mediation for all they lost, broke, scratched or stole.BBB rating F .Just run. Seriously. I have not used abusive language nor have I exaggerated. My first post they are masking. Which I am sure they do to all the REAL posts

Do not walk away but rather run away from this company. They are untrustworthy, unreliable, and will literally run all over you. I moved from New Mexico to Dallas last summer and hired this company to move around 25 pieces of furniture and boxes (which I packed myself). In addition to this they wrapped and shipped over a hundred pieces of framed art. I want to stress wrapped because in previous moves shippers always crated many of the more valuable pieces. Quality Trusted Movers later charged me $1800.00 for crating of the art. When I later called the brokers who arranged to complain I was told it was too late to refund any erroneous charge. How can it ever be too late to correct an overcharge for services not rendered? The movers took all day to move my things and haphazardly tagged and documented them. Some items were literally unrecorded and untagged. I asked them about this and they said not to worry because the entire truck would only contain my things. After they departed I later learned the truck broke down in New Mexico and they had to load my possessions onto another truck. This is important because not all of my possessions were delivered to the address in Dallas. Thankfully all of the art work was delivered and undamaged but I cannot say the same for the furnishings. Several pieces were missing or damaged and, to this day, I have not received some of them. I had a $6000 Ernest Hemingway bed delivered without one of the side rails. I now have a bed in storage I will never be able to use and it will be far too expensive to have it reproduced. I had to buy all new bedroom set after settling into my new home. After waitingseveral months to make a claim for the missing and damaged furniture(hoping some might turn up). I filed the claim in detail and was send a letter 6 weeks later offering me $138.00. What an insult! They actually paid me by the pound...$.60 per pound...can you believe that. Anyone reading this should beware of this company and save yourself the time and grief by walking away! Movers Beware of Trinity Van Lines, Quality Trusted Movers, and Anthem Claim Management LLC!

I want to start by saying that I have moved 8 times, one of those was from North Carolina to Arizona, and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I realize that 2021 was a very different year for everything. When the movers picked up the items in Texarkana, AR, I didn’t realize that the items were not receiving tracking number/stickers until almost everything was loaded in the truck. We don’t know if all of our items were delivered.

The delivery in Odessa, TX was abysmal. My husband witnessed items being dropped off the unloading ramp. The delivery personnel kept banging into the walls of our brand-new home. To minimize damage to our home, my husband finally had most of the boxes put in the garage and we moved the boxes inside ourselves. If this is the unloading procedure, we can infer that the items were dropped while unloading the truck at a storage facility and probably when reloading the items to a different truck. If this is proper handling, everyone needs to be aware so they do not use this company.

The washing machine control panel had been damaged and the lid pushed in. It did work, but made lots of noises that were not present before the move.

Stereo receiver foot was broken off because of rough handling, the box was abused.

The support of a wooden folding shelf was broken.

Small tables were nested inside an end table, without the legs/feet being wrapped, causing scratches to the end table. This is a set of 2 end tables and a coffee table.

We have moved many times and NEVER had a wardrobe box crushed. There were at least 2 for this move. Yes, we packed the wardrobe boxes. We did not stack heavy items on top of the boxes to crush them. There were boxes inside the wardrobe boxes that were piled on top of clothing in the bottom of the boxes.

Our king size wood bed headboard was scarred and a decorative metal piece broken off the bed post on the footboard of the bed.

The empty locked drawers on a 2-drawer metal filing cabinet were open.

The hutch/mirror was put on the dresser upside down.

We will definitely not use Trinity Van Lines or Quality Trusted Movers in the future and Anthem Claim Management is a joke. $144.00 was the offer for all the damage!
